While he loved the aggregator model, he's more passionate about working more closely with fewer clients, to meaningfully grow their business and give them a lasting impact.

Nina started her career in consulting and pivoted to in-house consulting at a Fortune 500 company. She loves to work in spaces of ambiguity, ideate creative solutions, execute on ideas, and use analytics to guide her next steps. She is passionate about fostering close, meaningful relationships with her clients, scaling small businesses, and staying on the pulse of consumer trends.

Miguel started as a creative specialist in the crypto and Web3 space, focusing on graphic design and video editing before expanding into email and website creation for e-commerce brands. He enjoys building visuals that help brands stand out and grow. Outside of work, Miguel spends his time listening to music, playing basketball, and exploring the outdoors.
